• Global’s hours of operation are from 8:30am – 4:30pm. Our experienced staff will be on hand to assist with all the service requests made during these hours.  In addition we have a reservations service until 6:30pm Bermuda time.
• To maintain a high level of services during after hours or emergency use, we have established a helpline to efficiently facilitate all aspects of travel. Fees for helpline usage will apply.
• Rail, Rental Cars and Ground Transfers/Limousines for International and Domestic travel will be coordinated according to your specific request through our knowledgeable staff. Our extensive hotel program offers concession rates currently to 14,000 properties in 2500 cities worldwide, which will grow to 75,000 properties.
• Ticket Delivery is provided twice daily to the Hamilton area (9:30am and 1:30pm). Special deliveries outside of specific time slots can be arranged.
• We have an affiliation with Virtuoso, Travel Savers Consortia. We are able to customize any travel solution to accommodate a customer’s requirement.
